vipassanā-meditation  the description of mind control for being able to see only the moment being  mindfulness of breathing if possible end  of thoughts, feelings and actions .

Slowly  very little by little   to gain insight in the true nature of reality.
Like polishing up a old rusted brass pot ,shine  will come with every rub then keep rubbing to keep shining.
Agolfer at this stage of totally mindful of the moment can see only  the target and easy confident feel of getting there.
